1) Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using MinerX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use crypto-related services. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3) Mining Sessions & Device Safety

  • Mining sessions can use CPU/GPU resources and may affect device temperature and battery life.
  • Use responsibly and monitor device temperature; stop if your device becomes hot or unstable.
  • MinerX is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or hardware faults.

4) Earnings, Tiers & Caps

  • Earnings are credited off-chain inside the app based on session activity and your power tier.
  • Each tier applies multipliers and may include daily/monthly caps and withdraw thresholds.
  • We may adjust base rate, multipliers, or caps for anti-fraud, maintenance, or economic reasons.

5) Upgrades & Payments

  • Tier upgrades are paid in USDT (ERC-20) to the treasury address shown in the app.
  • Payments are verified on-chain (correct token, chain, recipient, amount, unused tx hash).
  • Upgrades are final and non-refundable once verified and applied.

6) Referrals

  • Referral bonuses and percentages may change and are subject to anti-fraud review.
  • We may reverse bonuses for fake, self-referrals, or abuse of the program.

7) Withdrawals & Fees

  • Withdrawals are available once your pending balance ≥ your stage’s threshold.
  • Payouts are in USDT (ERC-20) to your provided wallet and may incur an app fee (see app settings).
  • We may request KYC/AML checks for risk management or regulatory compliance.

8) Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the app, mine with malware, circumvent security, create fake accounts, or engage in fraud, money-laundering, or other illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

9) Account Security

You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, devices, and connected wallets. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

10) Changes & Availability

We may update the app, features, or economic parameters and may suspend the service for maintenance or security. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11) Disclaimers

  • MinerX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Crypto prices are volatile; we do not guarantee earnings, ROI, or uninterrupted availability.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinerX and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of our operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts, unless required otherwise by law.
